Gulfood is an exhibition held in Middle East, dating back to 1987, and grow to become one of the largest international exhibition. Prestigious chefs and renowned brands all attend this annual event, aiming to showcase themselves.

Gulfood 2022 focuses on 4 main topics, at the same time it has lots of different activities, to reveal the latest trend of the food industry in 5 days, bringing unprecended value and the latest industry knowledge to attendees.

The main focus of Gulfood includes 1. Gulfood E-commerce, which invites EC big players to share their thoughts on the impact towards F&B industry brought by E-commerce, 2. Gulfood Women Leaders, which invites successful women from Business, Culinery, Politics to share their stories, 3. Gulfood YouthX, a stage for young UAE chefs to showcase their skills and find the rising star in the industry, 4. Gulfood Global Changemakers, which invites start-ups to bring innovation and new ideas to participants, and bring evolution to the industry.

Apart from the exihibition and forums, there are cooking activities too. According to statistics, there will be more than 50 professional courses, with more than 100 professional chefs demonstrating their skills and develop new recipes. In the course, participants can learn knowledge and skills from professional chefs. The unique demonstration by experienced professionals in Gulfood gives a chance for participants to witness their skills live. There will be seminars where chefs will share their stories and procedures too.

In 2022, Gulfood declare the start of food revolution in Dubai, encouraging all chefs and restaurant to achieve zero waste, to ultilize ugly produce, organic ingredients, to make a sustainable world. There will be professional courses and seminar on this topic.

An add-on purchase of 1000 Emirati dirham (Around USD 272) allows users to use the apps as a prospecting tool, connect with potential clients around the world and explore new opportunities.
