Stir-Fried Cabbage in XO Sauce
Just like those previously introduced ones, this recipe is also easy to make. This dish needs no seasonings other than a little select XO sauce. Despite simple ingredients, stir-fried cabbage in XO sauce is a 5-star dish for a meal for a healthy supper!
Instructions:
1. Smash some garlic, remove the peel, and put it aside for later use.
2. Cut some carrots into shreds. Chop some scallions. Put the ingredients aside for late ruse.
3. Cut some cabbages into small pieces (you can also tear them by hand).
4. Heat a pan with oil on it. Stir-fry the carrots first (Frying the carrots as the first ingredient can release β-Carotene in advance, which makes the whole dish sweeter and can remove odor).
5. Add the garlic to increase the aroma. Later, add the scallions to improve the flavor.
6. Add a little amount of water. When it starts boiling, put the cabbage in the water.
7. Put on the lid and let the ingredients simmer for 1 minute, then add a little starch water.
8. Put on the lid again to simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Stir-fry the ingredients until they reach the desired softness.
9. Add some select XO sauce for seasoning, stir-fry, and done (yes, no other seasonings are needed).
