XO Sauce Vegan Pasta
The unusual combination of selected XO sauce and tomato pasta creates a healthy and delicious meal. Even without seasonings added, the pasta emits an appetizing scent. What’s more, you can freely change the vegetables by season!
Ingredients:
White shimeji mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, paprika peppers, spaghetti noodles, a small dish of selected XO sauce.
Instructions:
1. Tear the mushrooms into small pieces. Cut the onions into shreds. Dice the tomatoes. Slice the paprika peppers into slices.
2. Bring a pot of boiling water. When you add the raw noodles to the pot, remember to rotate your wrist a little bit to spread the noodles in the pot.
3. Bring the mixture to a boil and then turn off the heat when the noodles become al dante. Set the noodles aside for later use.
4. Bring a heated pan with oil on it. Fry the onions on medium-small heat. Add the tomatoes and cook them until they become soft.
5. When the tomatoes soften, add the mushrooms and stir well. Add a bit of soy sauce to increase the scent.
6. Add the paprika peppers and stir well. Pour some water for a smoother texture.
7. Add the noodles and stir well. Finally, add selected XO sauce and mix evenly.
8. The XO sauce vegan pasta is done.
9. After finishing the presentation, the dish is ready to serve.
